Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner is proud to present our

yearly raffle, where entrants will have a chance to win a "Free" Ruby wedding planning service package. Yes for FREE!!!
The Ruby is a limited service package, ideal for couples who want to be involved with all of the details that will go into the planning of their wedding, as they work closely with a wedding planner, to create the wedding of their dreams.
Angelique's service plans, are designed to be multi faceted, so that we can cater to the individual needs of our clients, as we deliver unrivalled personal service.
2012 Free Wedding Planning Raffle
Entry rules are as follows:
- All entries must be submitted to Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, no later than December 31st 2011 by completing the raffle entry form below, or by mailing in the raffle entry postcard.
- The raffle entry is limited to one entry per person.Duplicate entries will automatically be disqualified from the drawing.
- The raffle drawing will take place on
December 31st 2011
and the lucky winner will be contacted on January 1st 2011.
- The winner must have a
minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of twelve (12) in which to plan and have their wedding, effective from the date of the raffle drawing.
- This prize is not valid with or against any other Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner promotions.
- Upgrades to services in the Ruby Package, are not applicable on raffle drawing prizes. However, Ala Carte services provided by Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner can be purchased as a separate business transaction.
- The winner must consent to having their name, town or city posted on the Angelique's Consulting Wedding & Event Planner web site. (No disclosure of the winner's full mailing or email address will be mentioned)
- The winner must consent to having Angelique's Consulting; Wedding & Event Planner display pictures of their wedding day in the Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner's Portfolio and on the Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner company website.
9. Wedding must be within, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte & Lee County areas only.
And date availability with the Planner will apply, only if available. However, if Planner is not available on the Winner's date of wedding, the winner will still receive
10. Entrants, must provide location and wedding date information.
11. All information requested by Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, must be supplied and presented by the winner in a timely manner, i.e. guest lists.
12. Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, accepts no date change or cancelation liabilities if the winner of this raffle decides to reschedule or cancel the date of their wedding, rescheduling or cancellations automatically make the winning prize null and void.

The Winner is responsible for all applicable vendor fees and all wedding plannig expenses during the planning of their wedding.

Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, provides vendor referral services to vendors within our preferred vendor network. Whilst we are confident that each vendor will provide exemplary service and exceptional customer satisfaction and we trust, respect and admire the vendors professional and business practices, Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, accepts no liabilities in regard to vendor services provided.

The information provided in order to enter this raffle through Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, will not be sold to outside parties.
Entrants who did not win the 2011 raffle will instantly be eligible to receive a 10% discount on all Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner service fees.
