Phone Consultation 

Angelique's Consulting extends a 30 minute complimentary telephone consultation to our potential clients. The purpose of this consultation is to provide answers to any queries that you may have, as well as to provide potential clients with a brief summary of services.

After the initial telephone consultation, the next step, would be to schedule an in person, one and a half hour Visualization Cnsultation, where we can begin the visionary process for your wedding, social or business event.

The Visionary Wedding Consultation

Angelique's Visionary Consultation is an informal and relaxed meeting, which is the getting to know you phase in our potential Client, Planner relationship. The  consultation is normally scheduled to take place at Angelique's office location, or in a quaint English Tea Shop, or your favorite coffee house, where we can relax over tea or coffee, compliments of Angelique's.

But, if you prefer the consultation can be scheduled to take place in  the comfort of your home, where after business hour consultations are always appreciated by clients.

During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to share the vision that you have for your wedding, social or business event, which immediately begins the process of envisioning how I can capture and compliment all of the elements that are important to you.

Don't panic however, if you find that you don't have any pre-conceived ideas as to how you would like the event to be, because based on the information that you provide, I will be able to help you to envision a day of celebration that will be special and memorable because it reflects your personal style or business needs. You'll be surprised at how much information we will have shared, i.e. service plan options, the date of the event, venues, color schemes, themes, style, guest expectancy, menu's, budget and visionary expectations.

The process of planning your wedding should be an enjoyable experience for all concerned, from start to finish and the Angelique's Visionary Consultation is the first step to making the planning of your wedding, social or business event as stress free and as enjoyable as possible.

Angelique's Consulting Wedding & Event Planner charges a $45 Visionary Consultation fee.  Visionary Consultation fees for Hillsborough, Manatee and Lee counties are $65.00 which includes travel fee.  Fee covers a 1 1/2 Visionary Consultation.

A retainer fee of $300 is required to secure your event date.   Please note.   All consultation and retainer fees are non refundable.

For International Destination Wedding fees, please call to schedule an appointment. International travel is limited to Islands within the Carribean, Hawaii and the United Kingdom.

The Blue Print Consultation

The Blue Print Consultation service plan was designed to provide professional behind the scenes directionality and guidance, without having to retain the physical presence of an event planner, during the planning of your wedding, social or business event.

Billed on an hourly rate plan starting at$45.00 per hour, additional consultation sessions, can be scheduled and added as and if needed, at an hourly rate. The Blue Print also gives you the option of adding unlimited email and telephone directionality and guidance for a flat rate fee of$155.00.

During the consultation, we will discuss the vision that you have for the event, in order to plan a blue print that will assist you with the planning. The Blue Print Consultation will also provide you with budget analysis and a guide on how to simplify the tracking of your budget expenditure, as well as event day timelines.

We will also discuss things to look for when selecting location and venues. As well as theme, color, style, ambience, guest list, catering, menu and dietry needs, audio visual, photography/videography, rental equipment, music/entertainment, décor, floral design, invitations, transportation, post event clean up and gratuities, as well as referrals to preferred vendors within my network, that will help you to turn your vision into a memorable and extraordinary reality and ultimately eliminate much of the stress and ground work that can be overwhelming during vendor research and selection.

PLEASE NOTE: That if you require in person meetings, for your Blue Print Consultations, they can be scheduled at a rate of$65.00 per hour and may not exceed 3 hours of consultation time on any given day.
