About Angelique's

My name is Angelique, and I am the proud owner and independant consultant of Angelique's Consulting, Wedding & Event Planner, an all inclusive full service wedding and event planning company that also offers limited service plans as well as Notary & Wedding Officiate Services to name but a few.

Born and raised in the United Kingdom, I immigrated to the United States in 1987, where I worked in Managerial Administrative positions and Hospitality,  before launching a successful business in creative custom design.

As a professional designer I used my creativity to capture the visions of my client's heart felt desires, which rewarded me with published newspaper business recognition. as well as recognition as as one of New York City's Top Rated Service Providers, in a publication that honored New York City's, 2003 Best in Business.

My ability to custom design based on theme and budget, also awarded me first place for design and creativity within budget, for which I received a 2002 Designer Award and publication recognition.

My love of creative design and customization, also presented me with the honor of been chosen by a top New York Architectual company, to design two presentation platforms in which to present to Ex Mayor Giuliani, and Mayor Michael Bloomberg's office, with a proposal for the rebuilding of the World Trade Center.

As I realize my dreams with a deep love of this industry, I strongly believe that in order to be entrusted with the vision of other's, you have to first learn how to create your own, so when I started Angelique's I knew that I wanted to create a company that was not only dynamic, but multi faceted in its approach towards meeting the individual needs and heart felt desires of my clients. In order to create such a company, I knew that I would need to develop a blue print that would enable me to put all of the necessary elements in place, so that I could offer an in-exhaustive range of wedding  and special event planning services, that could be executed with confidence and with complete attention to detail, creativity, budget awareness, as well as knowledge of the latest trends and styles.  However, whilst those elements bear a great deal of importance, I didn't want to be stuffy and distant in my approach towards my clients, so I decided that who I am is who you'll get, and that seems to be a key ingredient that my clients welcome.

That being said, I also believe in honoring the old fashioned values, of trust, commitment, respect, loyalty, dedication towards providing exceptional customer service and pride in ones work.

Passionate about my work, and the gift of creativity that I feel so blessed to have, It is a truly wonderful  honor to be invited to share in the happiness of my clients and to capture their vision in order to create a wedding or event that is individually unique and unlike any that I have ever created before, weddings and events that capture the essence of my client's happiness and carries the Angelique's Consulting Wedding & Event Planner brand and signature of customer satisfaction, time and time again.

Knowing that each vision captured and transformed into a reality that had the power to fill my client's hearts with memories that will not only be cherished, but last a life time, is the icing on the cake.
